LBC’s work is focused on helping organizations respond to these challenges with agility, through building strength in both board and staff leadership. We work with a small group of clients at any given time, primarily during times of dramatic change, and often help with complex or challenging transitions. We have depth of expertise in founder transitions, and frequently work with organizations making some kind of leap or change in fundraising or programmatic focus. We take a holistic approach to our work, bringing an understanding of the whole organization, its culture and values, to each project. Our retained search model provides you with a comprehensive set of services in defining needs, developing recruitment strategy, and finding exactly the right leader for your agency. We specialize in Executive level search for nonprofits with budgets in the $1m - $20m range. Our unique approach includes on-boarding and performance planning assistance, to ensure that you not only recruit the right leader, but develop a powerful working partnership that supports retention.
